Supporting and gently guiding you and your partner in pregnancy, labor, birth, and parenthood.

As a labor/birth doula, I offer non-medical support to you and your partner starting in pregnancy, through labor and birth, and immediate postpartum.  My goal is to ensure you understand your choices and to support them so your entry into parenthood is positive and empowering.

As a postpartum doula, I gently guide you as a new parent with newborn care, chest/breastfeeding while optimizing healing and rest.

As a childbirth educator, I share with you your options in pregnancy including options in providers and birth locations,  help you understand your influences, provide you with evidence-based resources and experience for a confident entry into parenthood.

Let’s Talk About Your Birth + New Parent Goals

“It is an amazing transformation that can take place in people when they find out the strength of birth and what an amazing source of information and inspiration it can be. It affects your life forevermore.”

Ina May Gaskin

I don’t want to feel like a stranger for long.

I’m Brooke Volpe, a dedicated birth worker for Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I’m an advocate for choices and bodily autonomy.  My specialty is supporting physiological births by teaching you how to listen to your body in labor and birth and providing you with helpful tools to manage labor and birth sensations. In addition, I’m committed to helping you and your partner transition to parenthood on your terms and guiding you to caring for a newborn that matches your values.   Sound like we are a good match? Let’s take a call to discover!
